Nuclear Fusion 

In parallel to my work in the creative industry I am also pursuing a Doctorate in Nuclear Fusion. Specialising in computational plasma physics, I run large scale simulations of the plasma used in a nuclear fusion device - The Tokamak. I have always had a passion for physics and have a keen interest in issues such as diversity and representation in physics. I have engaged in different outreach projects and love science communication, and am a recent winner of the best presentation prize at the Physics is You outreach conference.

In an effort to merge my two passions of science and creativity I am currently in pre-production for a documentary on Nuclear Fusion - exploring the lives of scientists from outside of the euro-centric world of academia..
